One of the best breakfasts on the trip!!!! We pulled into Calamity Jane's Cafe in Idaho City colder than we'd ever been on the trip before - Never Leave Stanley Idaho in any direction before sun up!!!! Just before Idaho City I hit a hole in the road so deep that I almost had time to learn Chinese before I came out of it!!! The waitress here is Carla & the cook is Mark - Just ask them about the 2 bikers half Frozen to death last Aug. They'll remember! Ton's of HOT COFFEE!!!
This is Ralph Frid - Hewlet Packard Executive - we met him at a rest stop near Wagontire OR. This picture was taken in Lake View OR - where all we had dinner together at the guormet resturaunt "The Eagles Nest" which Becky & I highly recommend!
